No Refunds on Digital Services

Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of our AI image generation service, we do not offer refunds once a generation has been initiated.

Computing power (GPU usage) is incurred immediately upon your request, representing a direct cost to us that cannot be recovered.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund in the sole discretion of our support team only under the following specific circumstances:

• A technical error on our end prevented the delivery of any image.
• You were charged multiple times for a single transaction due to a payment processor error.
