By accessing and using GPTryOn ("the Service"), operated by Honghua Xu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GPTryOn provides an AI-powered virtual try-on service. Users upload images of a person and clothing, and our AI generates a composite image. The service is provided on a pay-per-use basis.

3. User Conduct & Content

You are solely responsible for the images you upload. You represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights to the content you upload.

You agree NOT to upload:

• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Images of children under the age of 18.
• Nudity, sexually explicit content, or hate speech.
• Illegal or harmful content.

We reserve the right to ban users who violate these policies.

4. AI Limitations

You acknowledge that the Service uses Artificial Intelligence and results may vary. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind regarding the accuracy or quality of the generated images.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Paddle. You agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase ($1 USD per generation). All prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPTryOn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
